The tour desk not only facilitated our exploration with insightful ticket and tour information but also catered to my child's curiosity with age-appropriate activities, making our stay both educational and entertaining. Furthermore, their accommodation of children under 18 ensured a family-friendly atmosphere, allowing us to relax and bond as a unit in a welcoming environment. Despite minor technical glitches, the exceptional service and warm hospitality from the staff overshadowed any inconveniences. Plaza Mayor Hotel's family-centric approach and inclusive amenities truly enriched our experience, leaving us with cherished memories of our time in Peru.
